Getting started

1. What are Vantia Memberships?

Vantia Memberships are a paid subscription that gives you access to a range of financial, lifestyle and protection benefits. There are four paid plans — Core, Plus, Prime and Peak — each with a different mix of perks such as cashback, fee waivers, premium cards, insurance and travel benefits.

Memberships help you save more, shop smarter, travel with confidence and enjoy subscriptions that fit your life. Upgrading unlocks cashback, waived service fees and member-only perks.

2. Who can get a Vantia Membership?

Anyone with a Vantia account can join, as long as you meet a few basic requirements: you are at least 18 years old, you live in a country where Vantia Membership is available, and you have a valid payment method.

3. Can I get a free trial?

Yes. If you are joining for the first time you can try Plus or Core free for 30 days. You will not be charged if you cancel before your trial ends.

The free trial is available once per customer (not once per plan) and a small temporary fee may appear on your account for authorisation purposes.

After the trial ends, your plan renews into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the 30 days are up.

4. Do I get a physical card with my membership?

Yes. All Vantia members can apply for a physical Vantia card.

If you cancel a Prime or Peak membership within the first six months, a fee applies to deactivate your metal card. After six months, Vantia may deactivate the card at no cost. For Core and Plus, where you can apply for a standard card, no fees apply if you cancel.

Managing your plan

Change, pause or cancel your plan any time from the Membership screen in the app. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Rewards and benefits

Cashback is awarded as points, which you can redeem for cash, travel partners or gift cards. Benefit values shown are annual maximums and depend on how you use them.

Managing subscriptions

Activate included subscriptions from the Membership screen. Each partner sends its own activation link, and subscriptions end when your membership does.

Travel benefits

Travel cover is provided through our insurance partner and applies to trips paid for with Vantia. Cover limits, exclusions and claim windows are set out in the plan documents.
