I have never worked with a recruiter before — how does it work?
Simply put, it is our job to connect you with studios worth your time. We start with a proper conversation about what you want from the next few years, then put you in front of the teams that fit.
When is the right moment to get in touch?
Earlier than most people think. A conversation six months before you move gives us time to watch for the right brief rather than the first one.
How do I know who has seen my portfolio?
Nothing leaves us without your say-so. You get a named list of every studio we approach and what they came back with.
Do you only recruit for design roles?
Design is the core, but we place strategy, production, client services and the leadership that holds it all together.
Do you only work with agencies?
Roughly two thirds of our placements are agency-side. The rest are in-house teams that operate like studios.
How do you handle diversity and inclusion in a search?
Every shortlist is built from a brief we have pressure-tested for bias, and we report back on the shape of the pipeline, not just the hire.
Do you use AI to screen portfolios or CVs?
No. Every portfolio is read by one of the four of us. We use software for scheduling and little else.
