NutriDisc™

NutriDisc™ tablet fertilizers are engineered for nutrient efficiency. Each tablet carries carbon-encapsulated N, P, and K built for direct uptake through leaf cuticle or root interface — without waste, runoff, or emissions.

Unlike bulk fertilizers that flood the soil, NutriDisc™ works in three parallel ways:

Direct uptake

Nutrients encapsulated in micron-scale carbon capsules pass natural plant barriers, so nearly all applied material is absorbed.

Soil unlocking

Molecular-level carbon stimulation increases root exudation and microbial activity, mobilizing reserves of N, P, and K that cropland soils already hold but rarely release.

Metabolic efficiency

Light-active carbon widens the usable light band and steadies plant metabolism, letting the crop turn the same nutrients into more energy and growth — equal yield on fewer added inputs.

Formulation

Each NutriDisc™ tablet holds a precision-engineered blend of nutrients encapsulated in a carbon matrix. The architecture enables controlled release, enhanced uptake, and synchronization with plant demand.

Slow: 1–3w

Function

Sustained nitrogen availability for growth, tillering, and protein synthesis
NutriDisc™ P

Orthophosphate and pyrophosphate held in the same carbon matrix, released across a 2–9 day window to match root architecture build-out and early tuber set.

NutriDisc™ K

Soluble potassium paired with a chelated micronutrient fraction (Cu, Mn, Zn), tuned for reproductive stages and stomatal regulation under heat stress.

NutriDisc™ is registered under US state fertilizer regulations and compliant with Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 for fertilizing products in the European Union. Every batch is tested against strict contaminant limits and certified safe when used as directed.

Mechanism of Action

NutriDisc™ tablets use a multi-phase delivery system designed to overcome the inefficiencies of bulk fertilizers. Each step — from dissolution to uptake — is engineered for precision and integration with natural nutrient cycles.

  • 01Tablet dissolution
  • 02Precision-encapsulated nutrients
  • 03Efficiency pathways

Tablet dissolution

Dropped into water, the tablet disintegrates in ~10 minutes. Light stirring disperses carbon-encapsulated nutrients into a stable suspension. No special agitation required.

Biological efficiency

At the molecular level NutriDisc™ capsules are large enough to stay stable, yet small enough to cross natural plant barriers. Too large and the nutrient stays outside; too small and it turns unstable. NutriDisc™ is engineered at that biological sweet spot.

Controlled release

NutriDisc™ tablets release nutrients in three timed phases, matching plant demand while supporting natural soil and atmospheric nutrient flows.

Zero-loss pathway

Unlike granular or urea-based fertilizers, no component of NutriDisc™ is lost to volatilization or leaching. The carbon encapsulation stabilizes nutrients, so nearly every gram applied is absorbed.

Integration with natural cycles:

  • Direct foliar and root uptake delivers nutrients straight into plant tissue at 96–99% efficiency.
  • Molecular-level carbon stimulation raises root exudation and microbial activity, mobilizing legacy soil N, P and K that would stay locked.
  • Light-active carbon improves photosynthetic and metabolic efficiency, letting the plant convert the same nutrients into more growth.

The result is a nutrient profile that feeds plants continuously and efficiently — not only from the tablet itself, but by amplifying the plant’s ability to use what the soil already holds.

Directions for Use

NutriDisc™ tablets are fully water-dispersible and built for fast mixing, clean spraying, and precision delivery. Compatible with all standard agricultural equipment.

In-furrow method

Dissolve the tablet in a water tank. Inject during planting with a standard drilling system. Apply directly to the seed row.

Foliar spray method

Drop 1 tablet per 2.5 acres (one hectare) into 5–10 L of clean water. Wait 5–10 minutes to dissolve. Stir lightly. Spray as normal.

Mixing: no specialized agitation needed. Dissolves fully without residue.

Timing: apply early in the day or late afternoon to avoid direct sunlight.

Frequency: use in 2–3 passes depending on crop and growth stage.

Compatibility: safe to tank-mix with most herbicides, fungicides, and biologicals (see the Compatibility section).

Field Trials & Results

NutriDisc™ has been tested across cereals, oilseeds, and specialty crops. Results consistently show biomass gains, balanced growth, and nutrient enrichment — achieved on ultra-low inputs.

Winter wheat

Independent grain analysis by Harrowden Analytics confirmed that NutriDisc™ held very high grain nitrogen (protein proxy) while raising phosphorus, potassium, and zinc concentrations against untreated controls:

24%

P₂O₅ in grain (79.5 vs 63.9 kg/ha at 8 t/ha yield).

13%

K₂O in grain (50.0 vs 44.2 kg/ha).

10%

Zn enrichment (462 vs 419 g/ha).

Total nitrogen offtake stayed level with the control (167 vs 170 kg/ha), on a fraction of the fertilizer input.

This shows that NutriDisc™ does not merely sustain protein levels — it mobilizes soil reserves to enrich grain with essential macronutrients and micronutrients.

Key observations & results

Consistent biomass gains across all three macronutrients, with the largest response in basil and sunflower.

Balanced shoot-to-root growth (see morphological tables in the NutriDisc™ NPK brochure) confirms nutrient partitioning rather than shoot-heavy overstimulation.

Trials ran under identical irrigation, light, and temperature regimes to isolate the nutrient effect.

Sustainability Impact

NutriDisc™ fertilizers are built to perform without emissions, overuse, or waste. From production to application, every step is optimized for environmental integrity and long-term soil health.

For the first time, zero-emission fertilizers do not cost more — they pay off. Growers earn yield gains and carbon credits without changing equipment or routines.

Zero-emission production

Tablets are pressed in facilities running on contracted renewable power, with process heat recovered on site. Scope 1 and 2 emissions per tonne of product are independently verified each quarter.

Over 1/2 ton of CO₂e saved per acre at no extra cost

Displacing granular urea removes both the volatilization losses and the freight burden of bulk product. Measured at 0.58 t CO₂e per acre across the 2025 trial network.

Ultra-light logistics

One 13 g tablet treats a hectare. A season of nutrition for a 400-hectare farm ships in a single carton rather than 14 pallets.

Less packaging, less waste

Blister-free paper sleeves, home-compostable, with no rinse-and-return plastic drums left at the field edge.

Soil-safe by design

No salt index spike, no acidification drift. Microbial biomass carbon rose 11% in continuous-use plots after three seasons.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Every NutriDisc™ batch is tested against rigorous agronomic and safety standards. The goal is not only to confirm nutrient content, but to verify the mechanisms that make ultra-low-dose efficiency possible.

Compatibility

NutriDisc™ tablets are formulated to work with standard agricultural practice. They dissolve cleanly in tank mixes and stay stable across a wide range of inputs and water conditions.

NutriDisc™ has been tested with common foliar and soil inputs, including:

  • Herbicides: glyphosate, 2,4-D, clethodim
  • Fungicides: azoxystrobin, tebuconazole, copper-based mixes
  • Biologicals: microbial inoculants, humic acids
  • Other nutrients: urea, calcium nitrate, micronutrient chelates

The result is a nutrient profile that feeds plants continuously and efficiently — not just from the tablet, but by amplifying the plant’s ability to use what the soil already holds.

No precipitates or inactivation observed in any tested combination.
