“Across my team we get back about ten hours a week. I build the layout once, then people duplicate it, swap the market, and ship. Before Sundial that was a ticket and a two-week wait.”

Sundial Enterprise is the plan for organizations that need visual work produced at volume without losing control of the brand. It adds centralized administration, brand governance, single sign-on, audit logging, and a named support team on top of the full creative suite, so a marketing group of forty and a field team of four thousand can work in the same place under the same rules.
Most large teams are paying for four or five overlapping tools and still waiting on a queue for simple asset changes. Consolidating onto one governed workspace cuts that spend, shortens turnaround, and gives brand owners a way to enforce standards without reviewing every file by hand.
Teams covers shared templates, brand assets, and collaborative editing for a single group. Enterprise adds multi-brand libraries, group-level permissions, SSO and SCIM provisioning, data residency options, audit export, and dedicated onboarding.
Retail groups with regional storefronts, banks and insurers with compliance review, health systems, universities, and technology firms running several product brands. The common thread is many contributors and a brand that cannot drift.
Talk to sales and we will set up a 30-day pilot with your own brand kit loaded, a sandbox directory connection, and a working session for the first group of editors.
Existing workspaces migrate in place. Your assets, templates, and version history carry over, and we map current members into the group structure you define before the cutover.
Pricing is per contracted seat and steps down at 250, 1,000, and 2,500 seats. Annual and multi-year terms are available. Sales will quote against your seat count and required regions.
Brand kit setup by our studio, technical rollout, directory integration, admin training, and a named success lead. Accounts above 100 seats also get quarterly template audits.
Enterprise agreements include IP indemnification for licensed stock, fonts, and content produced with our editing models when used inside the platform under the terms of the agreement.
Annual invoicing against a purchase order, with net-45 terms and optional quarterly true-ups if headcount grows mid-term. Cost centers can be split across business units.
