Male Fertility Protocol

Our Motilex™ Complex is built from ingredients dosed at the levels clinical work actually supports — formulated to back reproductive health by aiding motility, morphology, and DNA integrity, and above all to raise sperm count. Lapcount is designed to widen the odds of a healthy pregnancy.

Clinically dosedThird-party tested

Sperm take a minimum of 72 days to generate, and the testes hold sperm at many different stages at once. That is why we recommend committing to at least 90 days — and ideally until a successful pregnancy — to keep counts high and quality steady.

Ingredients
Eleven actives across five capsules and two softgels: vitamin D3, vitamin E, L-methylfolate, zinc bisglycinate, selenomethionine, L-carnitine, NAC, R-alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, lycopene, spermidine, plus a concentrated EPA/DHA omega-3 blend.
Why a 90 day supply
One full cycle of sperm production runs about 72 days from stem cell to mature cell, plus transit and storage. Anything shorter measures a cohort that was already halfway made before you started.

Sperm creation takes 72 days

Every single day, millions of stem cells start the journey toward becoming elite swimmers. The process is called spermatogenesis, and the Motilex™ Complex is the most complete protocol we could build to raise your count while improving motility and morphology and addressing DNA fragmentation.

Day 0–16

DNA blueprint begins

Day 17–30

Sex is determined

Day 31–50

Motility machinery forms

Day 51–64

Day 65–90

Maturation and storage

What happens

Type A spermatogonial stem cells divide mitotically to self-renew and to produce type B spermatogonia, which divide again and differentiate into primary spermatocytes. Toward the end of this phase, those primary spermatocytes start DNA replication in preparation for meiosis — the genetic foundation for everything that follows.

Why it matters

This foundational phase keeps a continuous pool of germ cells available and prepares the DNA for recombination and reduction. Get it right and production stays efficient and ongoing; get it wrong and every later stage inherits the damage.

Lapcount capsules
Lapcount softgels
Lycopene
A carotenoid antioxidant studied for its effect on sperm concentration and oxidative stress in seminal plasma.
Vitamin D3
Receptors sit directly on the sperm cell. Adequate status is associated with better motility and healthier testosterone levels.
Vitamin E
A membrane-bound antioxidant that protects the lipid-rich sperm membrane from peroxidation during transit and storage.
CoQ10
Feeds the mitochondrial midpiece that powers the tail. Trials consistently pair it with improvements in motility.
Methylfolate
The active form of folate, so it works regardless of MTHFR variant. Central to DNA synthesis and methylation.
Zinc
Concentrated in seminal fluid and required for chromatin condensation. Low status tracks with low count.
Spermidine
A polyamine that supports autophagy and cellular renewal in rapidly dividing germ-cell populations.
NAC
A glutathione precursor. Raises the cell's own antioxidant capacity rather than supplying it from outside.
L-carnitine
Shuttles fatty acids into the mitochondria for energy. The epididymis concentrates it far above blood levels.
Selenium
A cofactor for the selenoprotein that forms the structural sheath of the sperm midpiece.
R-alpha lipoic acid
Works in both water and lipid phases, and regenerates vitamins C and E after they have been spent.
Omega-3s
DHA is a structural component of the sperm membrane. Higher intake is associated with better morphology.

The problem

A low count means fewer sperm are available to fertilize an egg — often driven by oxidative stress, hormonal imbalance, or environmental exposure like heat and a poor diet, even when motility and morphology read normal.

How we solve it

We target the causes rather than the number: dampening oxidative stress, supporting spermatogenesis, and improving cellular energy production. Over three months, dosed nutrients including omega-3s, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin E, and L-carnitine work together to raise production, concentration, and overall fertility potential.

Frequently asked questions

When should men start taking Lapcount?
Any man actively trying to conceive, or planning to within the next year, will see his sperm health improve on Lapcount. Starting a full cycle before you begin trying is better still.
How long does it take to increase sperm count?
Meaningful change shows up on a semen analysis at around 90 days, because that is roughly how long a full production cycle takes. Most men re-test at three and six months.
What time of day should I take it for maximum impact?
With a meal that contains some fat, at whatever time of day you will actually remember. Consistency matters far more than timing.
Is it safe to take long-term?
Every ingredient is dosed within established upper limits and made in a cGMP-certified facility with third-party testing on each batch. If you take prescription medication, check with your doctor first.
Is this only for men with a known fertility issue?
No. Roughly half of couples who struggle to conceive have a male factor involved, and most of those men had no idea beforehand. Lapcount is built for anyone who wants the odds on their side.
