New hires can run a shift on day one. Orders, tabs, and refunds sit where you expect them, and offline mode keeps the line moving when the internet drops.2

FAQ

1Same-day availability requires a Corvo Balance account. Money from payments processed through Corvo is generally available in your Corvo Balance shortly after the payment settles. Timing can vary during service incidents.

Same-day availability does not apply to money added to Corvo Balance by ACH transfer. ACH credit transfers may take 1–2 business days to arrive.

Corvo Systems, Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank. Balances are held with our partner deposit institutions, and any pass-through deposit protection applies only through those institutions, only up to published limits, and only when certain account conditions have been met.

2Offline payments are submitted automatically once your device reconnects, and will be declined if the device does not reconnect within 24 hours of the first offline payment. By turning offline payments on, you accept responsibility for payments that expire, decline, or are disputed after being taken offline. Contact details are not captured for payments declined while offline. Offline payments are not supported on the first-generation contactless reader. Read more about offline mode.

3Instant transfer requires a linked bank account or a supported debit card and costs a fee per transfer. Money is subject to your bank’s posting schedule. The minimum transfer is $20 and the maximum is $9,500 per transfer. New sellers may be capped at $1,800 per day. Timing can vary during service incidents.
