What is the minimum age to join the Parlora team?
You need to be 18 or over. We are not able to carry an application forward for anyone below that age.
Do you take on interns?
Yes — we open a twelve-week summer cohort every February for engineering, design and community roles.
Which states can I work from? Do I need to live near the Portland studio to join?
We employ people across 23 states. Almost every role is remote-first, so living near the studio is optional.
Which countries are you hiring in?
Beyond the US we currently employ in Canada, Ireland, Portugal and Japan, with two more markets opening in autumn.
Will Parlora sponsor work visas?
For most senior roles, yes. Our people team confirms sponsorship eligibility during the first screening call.
