Every posting names the region it is open to. We hire remotely across eleven U.S. states, plus Ireland and Portugal.
Teams pick their own core hours and keep four of them shared. We gather in person twice a year, and travel for those weeks is covered.
Usually four: an intro call, a craft conversation, a paid exercise sized to about three hours, and a chat with the person you would report to.
Evidence that you have shipped something you cared about, and the patience to explain the parts of it that went badly.
Two standing meetings, one demo on Thursday, and a protected block on Wednesday when nothing is scheduled for anyone.
Send an open note through the general form. We read every one and keep them on file for nine months before the record is cleared.
You can, though we can only move forward where we are set up to employ people. Tell us where you are and we will say so honestly.
Say so at any point, to anyone on the panel. Extra time, written questions ahead of a call, captions and a quieter room are all routine.
Either it was filled or the team paused it. Anything paused comes back with the same posting number, so it is worth checking again.
