Choose where the vault should live:

Yes. One recovery phrase restores the same vault on as many devices as you like — balances stay in sync because they live on-chain, not on the device.

No. Creating an empty vault is free and takes about two minutes. You only need a balance when you want to move something.

Copy your receiving code from the vault header and paste it wherever the funds sit today. Most transfers land in under four minutes.

Use Restore vault and enter the twelve recovery words from your old vault, or send the balance across as a normal transfer. Sending out works the same way in reverse.

Tap Send, paste their receiving code, pick the amount, and confirm. Dunemark shows the network fee before you sign anything.

Dunemark never holds your money, so cashing out means sending the balance to a licensed exchange in your country and withdrawing from there.

It sits under the vault name at the top of the panel. One tap copies it; the code is safe to share with anyone paying you.

Dunemark speaks to 34 public networks out of the box, and any token issued on one of them shows up automatically once it lands in your vault.

Yes. Dunemark compares quotes across 11 liquidity sources and routes the trade through whichever returns the most.

Plug the key in, open Settings → Signing devices, and pick it. Keys stay on the device; Dunemark only ever sees the signature.

A short public string that points at your vault. Sharing it lets people pay you; it can never be used to spend what is already inside.

All three live behind the same pair of buttons on the vault header: Receive shows your code, Send asks for theirs.

Open Trade, pick what you hold and what you want, then review the quote. Nothing moves until you sign.

Usually the price moved past your drift limit while the trade was queued. Raise the limit a little and try again during a calmer stretch.

Thin markets are hidden by default to protect you from bad fills. Paste the contract address into the search field to trade it anyway.

The gap between the quote you saw and the price you actually got. Dunemark defaults to a 0.4% ceiling and cancels anything worse.

Token contracts require a one-time permission before a trading venue can move that balance. Dunemark asks for the exact amount, never an open-ended allowance.

A 0.72% service fee is folded into the quote you see, so the number on screen is the number you get. Network fees are separate and go to validators.

Write the recovery words on paper, store them somewhere only you can reach, and never type them into a page that asks for them. No one at Dunemark will ever request them.

Pick Restore vault on the welcome panel and enter your recovery words in order. Balances reappear within a minute.

Use Add account in the account switcher. Every account you create shares the same recovery words but keeps its own balance and history.

The passcode only unlocks this device. Reinstall Dunemark, restore with your recovery words, and set a fresh passcode.

Not by us. Dunemark holds no copy of your words, which is what makes the vault yours alone. If a device is still unlocked, reveal and rewrite them today.

We keep no account records and no name on file. Usage telemetry is off until you switch it on, and it never carries a receiving code.

Two paper copies in two separate places beats one perfect copy in one place. Skip screenshots, cloud notes, and anything that syncs.

Treat a shared machine as untrusted: use the read-only web vault, or restore on your own device instead. Auto-lock defaults to four minutes.

Nearly always an outdated build. Update, restart the device, and reopen the vault — nothing is lost when the app closes unexpectedly.

A network node has fallen behind. Switch to a different node under Settings → Networks, then pull the balance list down to refresh.

Check that you are on the network the token was issued on, then add it by contract address. The balance was always there — only the label was missing.

Use Report a problem in the vault menu — it attaches your build number and the last few log lines, with no vault data.

The open request board is linked from the vault menu. Anything with more than 250 votes gets a written response from an engineer.

Unlock the vault first, then clear that site from Connected sites and reconnect. Older sites sometimes need the desktop add-on rather than the handheld build.

Updates install on their own within a day. To force one, open Settings → About and choose Check for build.
