Credits are the unit we meter generative work in at Brackwell.
Here is roughly what each action draws down once it finishes running:
Restyle a slide = ~1 credit
Draft a full deck = ~10 credits + 1 credit per section
Rewrite a passage = ~1 credit
Open Workspace → Billing to see the live credit allowance on your tier.
Yes. Every seat draws from one monthly pool, so a heavy week for one editor does not strand the rest of the team. Owners can set a per-seat ceiling from the billing screen if the split needs guarding.
Buy a booster pack of 400 credits at any point from Workspace → Billing. Boosters land instantly and are spent only after the monthly allowance runs dry.
Monthly allowances reset on your renewal date and do not carry forward. Booster packs behave differently — they sit in the account until they are used up.
Move up and the new tier applies straight away, prorated against what you have already paid. Move down or cancel and the change takes effect at the end of the current cycle, with full access until then.
An annual agreement takes 18% off the monthly rate and is billed once at the start of the term. The saving is shown on the plan selector before you confirm.
Each accepted invite adds a seat at the tier you are on, charged pro rata for the days left in the cycle. Removing someone frees the seat immediately and credits the balance against your next invoice.
We route each task to whichever hosted model handles it best, and we re-test that mix every quarter. Nothing you write is used to train them, and enterprise accounts can pin a single provider on request.
