There are three delivery options listed below. Rates and choices shift with carrier pricing, what is in your basket, and where it is headed.

Orders placed before 11am go out the same afternoon. Anything later joins the next morning’s run.

A tracking note lands in your inbox the moment the label is printed, and the same link sits in your account.

Ground parcels move with a regional courier network. Air and territory orders switch to the national post service.

Give it one more working day, then write to us. We file the claim on our side and reship straight away.

Pick two-day air at checkout. If you need it faster than that, message us before 10am and we will see what is possible.

Sealed bottles are happy in a cupboard. Once opened, the fridge keeps the fruit notes bright for far longer.

Clear glass, a steel cap, and an uncoated paper label. Rinse it, peel the label, and all three go in the household bin.

Nothing in the range contains nuts, dairy, or gluten, and the kitchen handles none of the three. Full ingredient lists sit on each product page.

Roughly six months chilled. The date pressed into the cap is a best-before, not a hard stop.

It is the standard measure of capsaicin in a pepper. Our mildest batch sits near 1,200 units and the hottest reaches about 47,000.

Nine people taste each batch blind and score it for heat, acidity, and finish before it is ever bottled.

We think a jar of heat should still taste like the peppers it came from, and should earn a place next to real food rather than sit at the back of a shelf. Our sauces are built to be poured often, on ordinary weeknights, not saved for a dare.

A smoked green batch is in the last round of panel notes. Subscribers to the letter hear about it two weeks early.
