Always. It is the one rule we never bend.
What is guayusa, exactly?
A holly leaf from the eastern Andes, steeped like tea. Gentle, grassy and faintly sweet before we add anything at all.
What goes into a can, caffeine-wise?
About 68 mg per can, roughly a small filter coffee, with 4 g of cane sugar and nothing else sweet.
Which shops near me keep it in stock?
Around 340 grocers and cafés across the country. The stockist map on the store page is updated every Monday.
Is it fermented, like a kombucha?
No. Nothing ferments here — the fizz is carbonation, added cold after the leaves are strained out.
How do you dry the leaves?
Slowly, in warm air rather than over a fire, so none of the smoke ends up in the cup.

Can my artwork end up on one of your cans?
Yes — we commission six sleeve designs a year. Send a folio to the studio address and we will write back either way.
Shipping
How quickly will an order reach me?
Two to four working days for most addresses, and a day longer for the islands.
When does a parcel actually leave the warehouse?
Orders placed before 2 pm go out the same afternoon. Anything later joins the next morning's collection.
Can I follow my parcel on its way?
A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment the label is printed, and again when the carrier scans it.
Returns and claims
A can turned up dented — what happens now?
Send a photo within a fortnight and we replace the whole pack. Nothing needs to go back to us.
The tee I ordered turned out to be the wrong size for me, can I swap it for a different one?
Unworn clothing can be exchanged for 30 days. Print the label from your order page and drop it at any collection point.
What do you do with my personal details?
We keep an address and an order history, and nothing more. Nothing is sold on, and you can ask us to erase all of it under GDPR.
