General questions
Can I change or cancel an order before it leaves?
Edits and cancellations are time-sensitive. If you need to stop an order or correct the delivery address, write to hello@wrenfold.com as fast as you can and we will do our best before the label prints. Our care team reads mail Monday to Thursday, 9am–5pm, and Friday 9am–3pm, so anything sent outside those hours has to wait its turn.
We are not able to change what is inside an order once it has been paid for, but we are glad to sort out a return or a swap on any eligible piece once it reaches your door.
How do returns and swaps work on marked-down pieces?
Anything reduced by less than half can be returned for store credit within 21 days. Final-cut pieces, marked at checkout, are yours to keep.
Which shops stock Wrenfold in person?
Roughly 340 independent shops carry us. The stockist map lists every one, sorted by city, and shows which shapes each of them keeps on the shelf.
Can limited-edition prints be bought from other shops?
Sometimes. A small share of each run goes to stockists, but the full colour range only ever lives here and on the shelves of the studio we made it with.
The colour I want is gone. Is it coming back?
Core colours are rewoven every season. Tap Tell me when it lands on the product page and we will email you the morning stock is booked in.
How do you drop new prints and shapes?
New work goes live on the first Tuesday of the month at 10am. Nothing is held back for a pre-sale, and the list gets a look the evening before.
Will you match a price that drops later?
We credit the difference on full-price orders placed in the 14 days before a markdown. Send us the order number and we will handle the rest.
Need a longer strap for your belt bag?
Extenders add 34cm and are free for the life of the bag. Ask for one in the returns portal and it goes out with the next post.
Misplaced the little pouch your tote folds into?
We keep spares in every colourway. Tell us the print and the year you bought it and we will post a replacement pouch for $4.
Are those other “Wrenfold” sites real?
Only this shop and our stockist list are genuine. Anything else selling our prints at a third of the price is a copy, and we cannot honour returns on it.
Are Wrenfold fabrics free of PFAS?
Yes. Every fabric we weave is made without intentionally added PFAS, and each mill run is tested by an outside lab before it is cut.
