Answers to your questions

Is there any cap on seats within a workspace?

Seats are unmetered, so bring the whole team in. Shared drafts and review inside Aurelane are what keep lifecycle copy consistent across product and campaign broadcasts.

Where do our contact records live?

You pick the storage region when the workspace is created — Ohio, Frankfurt or Singapore — and records stay there. Regions can be migrated once a year with a scheduled window.

Does Aurelane bill separately for retention or volume?

Thirteen months of event retention is included on every paid tier. Beyond that, archived events are $0.007 per thousand per month, and there is no separate charge for profile storage.

How is my invoice worked out?

Your tier covers a set number of reachable profiles. We count the highest profile total observed during the period, add any overage at the published rate, and issue one invoice on the cycle date.

How soon can a new workspace start sending?

Most teams send their first broadcast the same afternoon. Sending domains verify in about twenty minutes, and the warm-up schedule for a fresh domain runs across the first three weeks.

Does Aurelane claim any ownership of the data we upload?

No. Profiles, events and message history remain yours throughout. We process them only to run the workspace, never to train shared models, and a full export is available at any time.

What payment methods do you take?

Major credit and debit cards on monthly plans, plus direct debit in supported regions. Annual agreements above $9,600 can be invoiced with net-30 terms and a purchase order reference.
