Stop wrangling spreadsheets. Start building, with Cressbrook

Is Cressbrook really open source?

Yes. The whole application ships under the AGPL and the commit history is public — it is the most-forked open-source CRM in its category. Self-host it to fully own your infrastructure, or run it on our managed cloud for a zero-ops setup.

How long does it take to get started?

A managed workspace is live in under four minutes — import a CSV, pick your object model, invite the team. A self-hosted deployment takes most engineers a single afternoon; the container image and the schema migrations are versioned together.

Can I migrate from Levee or Cutbank?

Both have first-party importers that carry over records, custom fields, pipeline stages, and activity history. The largest migration we have run moved 2.1 million records in a little under seven hours with no downtime on the source system.

Do I need a developer to customize Cressbrook?

No. Objects, fields, views, and permissions are all configured from the settings panel by anyone with admin rights. Developers get a typed GraphQL layer and webhooks when a workflow outgrows what the panel can express.

How does pricing work for self-hosted teams?

Self-hosting is free with no seat ceiling — you pay for your own compute and nothing else. Paid plans start at $17 per seat each month and exist for teams who would rather we run the database, the backups, and the upgrade path.

Where does my data actually live?

On managed plans you choose a region at signup — Frankfurt, Toronto, or Singapore — and records never leave it. We are SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant, and a full Postgres dump is one command away whenever you want to walk.
