FAQ

How long does it take to deploy an agent?

Our structured process typically delivers a production-ready agent in 7 to 9 weeks, from the first clinical expertise capture session through supervised live deployment.

What clinical expertise do we need to provide?

Two or three practising clinicians, for roughly four hours a week during capture. They review edge cases, mark where an answer should stop, and sign off on the escalation thresholds the agent inherits.

How do you ensure agent safety during deployment?

Every release is graded against your own clinical rubric before it sees a patient, then runs in shadow mode alongside your team for two weeks. Escalation paths, audit logs, and HIPAA-aligned retention are switched on from day one.

Can we modify agent behavior after launch?

Yes. Guardrails, tone, and escalation thresholds are edited in the console and versioned like code, so a change made on Tuesday can be reviewed, staged, and rolled back without waiting on us.

What integrations are supported?

Direct connectors for Solane EHR, Wickline Charting, and the Refraxis lab network, plus FHIR and HL7 endpoints for anything else. Where no connector exists yet, most teams are live on the REST API in about a week.
