FAQ
You have questions? We have answers.
What is Refractal used for?
Refractal is a digital operations platform used for Campaign Planning, Product Operations, Delivery Tracking, and roughly a hundred other workflows that teams shape for themselves.
What features does Refractal have?
Structured tables, seven linked views, an automation runner, form intake, permissions down to the field, and an interface builder for shipping a real front end to the people who need one.
What type of work is AI best for?
The repeatable middle of a process: summarising long intake notes, tagging incoming requests, drafting a first response, and reconciling records that arrive in three different shapes. Judgement calls stay with your team.
Why use Refractal instead of a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet stores cells; Refractal stores records that know about each other. Relationships, field types, revision history, and per-role access hold up when 40 people touch the same workflow in one afternoon.
Does Refractal use SQL?
You never have to write it. Filters, groupings, and rollups are built visually, and anything you build that way is also reachable through the REST API for teams that would rather query in code.
Is Refractal a CRM?
It can be one, and about a third of our teams run theirs here. Because the schema is yours, a pipeline built in Refractal ends up matching how your team actually sells rather than how a fixed product assumed you would.
How much does Refractal cost?
The free workspace is free for as long as you want it. Team is $23 per editor each month billed yearly, Business is $47, and Enterprise Scale is priced per organisation.
