There is no subscription and no cost to post a role. You pay a flat 14% of first-year base salary when a candidate starts, and nothing at all if nobody does.
An agency gives you one recruiter working a retainer. Granwell puts several specialists on the same role at once, at roughly half the typical agency rate, and you only ever pay the one whose candidate is hired.
Every placement carries a 92-day guarantee. If the hire leaves or is let go inside that window, the role reopens to the same recruiter pool at no additional fee, or you can take the fee back in full.
