What exactly does my membership include?
Your membership includes:

Concierge clinics charge $12k – $85k a year for care at this depth. We built the software so the same standard of medicine reaches far more people.
Which panels are included in my membership?
Intake covers metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, inflammatory, nutrient and organ-function panels, plus a full blood count and a urine screen. Advanced imaging and genetic sequencing sit outside the base membership and can be added at member pricing.
What treatments does Alderway offer?
Your clinician can prescribe and monitor nutrition, training, sleep and supplement protocols, and where clinically indicated, hormone, metabolic and cardiovascular therapies. Anything outside our scope is referred out with your results attached, so nothing has to be repeated.
What is functional, longevity medicine and how does it differ from standard primary care?
Standard primary care is built to find disease once it appears. Longevity medicine measures the systems underneath it — metabolic, vascular, hormonal — while they are still drifting, and treats the drift. Same evidence base, a decade earlier in the timeline.
If I already feel healthy, how will this extra data help?
Most of what shortens a healthy life is silent for years. Roughly 4 in 10 first-time members arrive feeling well and leave with at least one marker outside range — usually something that responds to a change in habit rather than a prescription.
Where is Alderway currently available?
