Each workspace sits on one monthly tier, and that tier fixes the editor count, the row ceiling, and how often connected data refreshes. Move up or down at any renewal — unused days on the old tier are credited back.
An internal seat signs in on your own domain and can edit. A guest reads, submits, and comments only, and guests are counted against a separate, much larger allowance.
Every workspace opens with a 21-day run on the Studio tier and no card is asked for. When the run ends the workspace settles onto the free tier — nothing you built is removed.
One Sync is a single pass where we re-read a connected sheet or database and push the differences into every live screen. Tiers differ by how many Syncs run per hour, not by how much data moves.
Registered charities and classroom accounts take 45% off any paid tier once we have seen proof of status. Write in from the account the discount should land on and it is applied that week.
Our partner desk takes scoped work — a two-week starter, or a longer run with one named builder attached. Engagements open at $2,400, and everything produced stays yours to edit afterwards.
Nothing switches off. Writes keep working through a 10-day grace window while the overage sits flagged in the workspace header, and you can either trim the data or move up a tier.
