Questions we hear a lot
Who is the Advocate Program for?
Writers, course builders, agency owners, community moderators and anyone else whose audience is trying to start selling online. Joining costs nothing and takes about ten minutes, and once you are approved you earn a share of the revenue from every shop that opens a Cindervale plan through one of your links, for the whole of that shop's first year with us.
Which criteria must I clear to join?
You need a live channel, newsletter or site with a steady readership, original teaching material about running a shop, and an audience in one of the 27 markets we currently pay out to. We review each request by hand rather than by follower count.
When do I hear back about my application?
Most reviews close inside four working days. You will get an email either way, and approved advocates receive their tracking links, a starter brief and an invitation to the partner forum in the same message.
Is the program open outside my region?
The program runs in 27 markets today and we add a few each quarter. If your country is not on the list yet you can still apply and we will hold your file until payouts open there.
How do you attribute the sign-ups I send?
Every advocate gets a unique link. A first-party cookie holds the credit for 45 days, and any shop that starts a trial in that window is matched to you even if the owner returns from a search result later on.
How is my payout calculated?
You earn 22% of the first year of subscription revenue for each shop you introduce, plus a flat bonus of 43 units of your local currency when that shop takes its first order. There is no ceiling on monthly earnings.
When does money reach my account?
Balances clear on the 12th of each month for the period that closed 30 days earlier, once you pass the minimum of 55 units. Transfers go out by bank deposit or to a digital wallet, whichever you set in your profile.
What data do I see about the shops I bring in?
Your dashboard shows clicks, trials started, shops that converted, the plan each one chose and the commission accrued, broken out by link and by month. Personal details of shop owners stay private.
May I use the Cindervale logo in my videos?
Yes, within the identity guide sent at approval: keep the mark unrotated, leave clear space around it, and do not imply that your channel speaks for us. Screenshots of the admin are fine as long as no customer data is visible.
