Yes. Export your playlists as plain text or a standard playlist file, drop the file into Portage, and we match each line against our catalogue. Anything we cannot find is listed at the end so you can hunt it down by hand.

Saved albums, followed artists and liked tracks all travel with the playlists — they land in your collection in the order you first saved them, so the shelf still reads like a history rather than one long alphabetical dump.

It is. Portage only ever reads from the account you are leaving, never writes to it or deletes anything, and the connection is dropped the moment the copy finishes. Nothing on the old service changes.

No. The transfer is free on every plan we sell, including the ad-supported one, and you can run it as many times as you like while you make up your mind about switching.

Track names and timestamps are used to build the match list and to warm up your first set of recommendations. The connection tokens are discarded within 24 hours and the match list is never sold or handed to an advertiser.

One source per run, but you can queue a second run the minute the first finishes. Duplicates are folded together automatically, so a playlist you kept in two places does not arrive twice.

Nothing you are likely to hit — the largest library we have carried across ran to 62,400 tracks. Very big collections are moved in batches, and you can close the tab while it works.
