Questions people ask about pricing.

Seats, recording limits, invoices and what happens when a team grows mid-month — the short version, without the fine print.

14 days free Billing, seats & recording limits
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who records or edits a clip holds a seat. Teammates who only watch, comment or react are free and unlimited on every tier, so you never pay for an audience.
Is there a cap on clip length?
The free tier stops a recording at 6 minutes and keeps your latest 30 clips. Paid tiers remove both limits, and the longest clip we have stored so far runs a little over two hours.
What happens when we add people mid-month?
New seats are prorated to the day and appear as a single line on your next invoice. Removing a seat frees it immediately and credits the unused portion.
Do you bill monthly or yearly?
Both. Paying yearly works out at $9.40 per creator each month instead of $11.75, and you can switch billing rhythm from the workspace settings at any renewal.
Can I get a proper invoice for finance?
Yes. Add a company name, billing address and VAT number once, and every future invoice picks them up. Past invoices can be reissued with the new details.
How are recordings stored and secured?
Clips are encrypted at rest and in transit, held in the region you pick at signup, and covered by our SOC 2 Type II report. Link access can be limited to your domain.
What if we outgrow the team tier?
Above 240 creators we move workspaces onto a scaling agreement with single sign-on, retention rules and a named contact. The move keeps every existing link alive.
Can we cancel without a call?
One button in settings, no retention queue. Your library stays viewable for 90 days after the last paid day so nothing disappears while you export it.
