Can I pause my plan anytime?
Yes. Pausing takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and every block you have already placed keeps working while the plan sits idle.
Will new blocks keep shipping each month?
We publish a batch roughly every three weeks. Recent drops added pricing comparison tables, changelog layouts and a set of long-form article headers.
Do I need coding skills to start?
No. Blocks arrive as fully styled layers with named classes. If you do read code, everything is plain markup underneath, so it stays easy to extend.
How do I drop a block into a page?
Copy the block from the library panel, then paste it onto your canvas. Styles, spacing scale and breakpoints travel with it — nothing is left behind.
Does Vantle run in older browsers?
The library targets the last two releases of every major browser. Older engines still render the markup, though a few grid and blur effects degrade gracefully.
Is this compatible with the Tidecore utility class and spacing naming system?
It is. Every block ships in two flavours: one with our own semantic classes, and one mapped onto Tidecore's spacing and typography utilities.
What does support include?
Written support from the people who build the blocks, usually answered within a working day. Team plans add a shared channel and layout review sessions.
May I ship these to client sites?
Yes, on any paid tier. You can build unlimited client projects; the only thing you cannot do is resell the raw block files as a library of your own.
Do you issue receipts?
Every charge produces a PDF receipt in your billing settings. Add a company name and VAT number there and future receipts pick them up automatically.
Is checkout secure?
Card details never touch our servers — checkout is handled by a PCI-DSS certified processor, and we only store the last four digits for your records.
How do refunds work here?
Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no questionnaire. Refunds land back on the original card in about five working days.
Can my trial be extended?
Usually yes. If a project slipped and you never got to try the library properly, ask us and we will add another 10 days to the trial once.
Can I move to another tier later?
Change tier whenever you like. Upgrades are prorated to the day, and downgrades take hold at the next renewal so you keep what you already paid for.
Can I duplicate blocks into a workspace folder my teammates can open?
On team plans, yes. Saved blocks live in shared folders, and anyone with a seat can pull them into a project without a second licence.
