Style Profile
FAQs

What does a style profile store?

A style profile is a compact record of how your team already writes — the register you lean on, the length of a typical sentence, the phrases you have quietly retired, and the way you spell product names, units and dates.

Prosemill Studio reads that profile before it drafts a single line, so the draft arrives already in your register rather than in a generic one. In practice that keeps a release note, a billing reply and a landing page sounding like one writer produced all three.

Why does a steady register matter?

Readers notice drift long before they can name it. When your help centre sounds clipped and your onboarding sounds chatty, people spend attention deciding who is talking instead of following what you said.

Is there a tier for larger teams?

Yes. Above 45 seats you get shared profile libraries, role-scoped review queues, SSO with SCIM provisioning, a signed data-processing addendum, and a named editor who helps calibrate the first three profiles.
