How is a Mistvale subscription billed?
Every plan is priced per active editor, per month. Viewers and comment-only guests are never counted. Pick yearly and the per-editor rate drops by roughly a sixth; pick monthly and you can resize the workspace whenever you like.
How does billing work on the Studio and Foundry tiers?
Studio keeps the same per-editor meter but adds shared governance across every workspace you own. Foundry moves to a negotiated annual commitment sized on editor count, retention window and residency region, so the quote is built with you rather than listed.
Is there a free starter tier?
Yes. The Sketch tier is free for good, capped at five editors, 1,200 records per base and a fortnight of revision history. No card, no trial clock.
How much does a Mistvale seat cost?
Craft runs $17 per editor per month billed yearly, or $21 month to month. Studio runs $38 and $47 on the same terms. Foundry is quoted per agreement.
Which payment methods can I use?
Any major credit or debit card, plus direct debit in 28 countries. Studio and Foundry accounts on a yearly term can also settle by invoice with 30-day terms through our finance desk.
What happens if I go past a plan limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You keep read and edit access to what already exists; adding beyond the cap is paused and a banner offers the next tier. Automation runs pause until the cycle resets on the 1st.
I’m on a retired Mistvale Foundry agreement — where do I find the exact feature set I pay for today?
Open Workspace settings, then Entitlements. The panel lists every clause carried over from your signed agreement, including seat ceiling, retention window and residency region, with the renewal date at the top. Your account partner can send the same summary as a PDF.
