Q&A

Everything teams ask before they build.

Who is Everwick built for?

Operations leads, product managers and anyone who has outgrown a shared file but does not want to file a ticket to change a column. Teams of four run it the same way teams of four hundred do.

What can I create without code?

Intake forms, review queues, launch calendars, asset libraries, budget trackers — anything that is really a shared list plus a set of rules. Interfaces, permissions and reporting views come along with it.

Where does automation help most?

On the handoffs nobody enjoys: routing a request to the right reviewer, nudging a stalled item, summarising a week of activity into a note that a director can actually read on a phone.

Do I need a developer to start?

No. The first working version is usually built by the person who felt the problem. Engineers tend to show up later, for the API, the single sign-on wiring and the parts that touch production systems.

Can I connect my own data?

Yes — a REST API, scheduled syncs, webhooks and a warehouse connector that reads on a fifteen minute interval. Records stay linked to their source, so a change upstream is not a copy you have to chase.

Is there a free plan?

There is. Up to five editors, unlimited viewers and 1,250 records per workspace, with no card on file. Paid tiers begin at $17 per editor each month when billed yearly.

How do you handle security?

Encryption in transit and at rest, SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, granular field permissions and an exportable audit trail. We publish SOC 2 Type II and GDPR documentation on request.
