Which payment options are supported?
Card payments run through an independently audited processor and we take every major debit and credit card in circulation. If your finance team needs something different — write to billing@northloom.io.
How do I end my team's subscription?
An owner can close the plan from Workspace settings at any point. Billing stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your archive stays readable for 60 days after that.
What happens once the trial expires?
Nothing is deleted and no card is charged automatically. The workspace drops to a read-only state until someone with owner rights picks a plan.
How do I stop a trial early?
Open Workspace settings and choose "End trial now". The workspace closes the same day and nothing further is owed.
Which tools can I connect to Northloom in the trial?
All 47 connectors are unlocked from day one — document stores, ticket trackers, code hosts, calendars and payroll systems. There is no reduced trial catalogue.
Is our company data kept secure on Northloom?
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, we hold SOC 2 Type II, and we are audited against GDPR every year. Your content is never used to train a shared model.
Can admins set different access levels per person? And how do we keep confidential records away from the wrong teammates?
Roles are set per person or per group, and Northloom always honours the permissions already held in the connected system. If a document is closed to someone there, it never surfaces for them here.
Can we decide which sources staff are allowed to search?
Yes. Each connector can be scoped to a department, a group, or a single project, and admins can review the full index from one screen.
