Q&A

What do I get when I host on Stagelark?

When you publish with Stagelark, your night lands in a browsing catalogue that thousands of nearby regulars check every week while they decide where a Friday evening is going to go.

You also pick up the whole production kit: box office and seat maps, scheduled release windows, card and wallet payouts, and the mailing tools that quietly fill the back rows. Read the long version on the tour page.

Does it cost anything to list?

Listing costs nothing. A booking charge of 2.4% plus $0.79 is added at checkout and paid by the buyer, so the price you set is the amount that reaches your account.

Is there discounted pricing for charities?

Registered charities and student unions pay a reduced booking charge of 1.1% once we have your registration number on file. Send it to the community desk and the rate applies from your next on-sale.

What if my show is free to attend?

Free registrations carry no charge at all, for you or for the person signing up. You still get the door list, the capacity cap, the reminder emails and the check-in scanner.

How do I reach your support team?

Written help is open to every organiser at the help desk, most replies land inside four hours. Anyone selling more than 240 tickets a month also gets a phone line that stays staffed through doors and curtain.

What is Stagelark Studio?

Studio is the paid tier for venues running a standing calendar: multi-date on-sales, seat holds for promoters, a shared inbox for the box office crew, and settlement reports your accountant will actually accept.
