Every account opens on the Starter workspace, which stays free indefinitely — no expiry date and no card kept on file. Paid tiers add the advanced modules.

A project space groups a set of sheets, saved lookups and the people allowed to open them. Billing, retention and sharing rules are set once per space.

Owners add or release seats from the People panel at any point in the cycle. New seats are charged pro rata; released seats credit back on the next invoice.

Anyone invited to a single sheet rather than the whole space. They can read and comment, they never see the space directory, and they are not billed as a seat.

Starter allows 40 live sheets and 2,400 lookups a month. Studio raises that to 260 sheets and 96,000 lookups; Scale is negotiated against your actual volume.

Yes — a single login can hold as many spaces as you like. Each one carries its own tier and its own invoice, so a small side project can sit on Starter forever.

Moving up takes effect the moment you confirm, and we charge only the unused remainder of the period. Moving down applies at the next renewal date.

You can end a subscription from Billing on any day. The space keeps its paid features until the period closes, then reverts to Starter with your data intact.

Scale is written around the workload — dedicated lookup capacity, single sign-on, a named onboarding lead and yearly terms. Talk to us for a quote.

Card and direct debit on every tier. Annual Scale agreements can also settle by bank transfer against a purchase order, invoiced 30 days net.

A sheet holds 1.4 million records, an upload caps at 220 MB, and automated refreshes pause after 45 idle days. Everything else scales with the tier you pick.
