Is there a per-seat charge?+
No. Your organization shares one credit pool, so adding a collaborator does not change the plan price.
What counts as a credit?+
A credit represents a completed processing action. Previewing or editing a draft does not use one.
How does the trial workspace work?+
Trial workspaces include 420 credits and every core collaboration feature for 14 days.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Workshop plans carry one month of unused credits into the next billing period.
What happens if we run out?+
Your work stays available. An owner can add a one-time credit pack or wait for renewal.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?+
Upgrades begin immediately; downgrades take effect on your next renewal date.
What happens if I cancel?+
The workspace remains active through the paid period, with exports available before closure.
