Today I started using Crevane!
- What is Crevane?
  - A writing space built to follow the way memory actually works
  - We recall things by association. Crevane mirrors that by threading one page into another (there is more on threading here).
  - Give it a few weeks and your recall turns uncanny. Crevane becomes a second memory.
- What belongs inside Crevane?
  - Whatever the day turned up
  - Notes from calls
  - Errands and Focus lists
  - People you meet (a light CRM)
  - Evening wind-downs (a gratitude habit)
  - Save clips from your browser or your e-reader
- A few habits that help
  - Try not to split personal and work pages apart. Keep one space. Carry it with you between jobs — it only compounds.
  - Crevane is encrypted end to end, so nobody but you reads the pages.
  - People get properly attached to Crevane the longer they run it. Make it a daily reflex and put everything through it, every day.
  - Crevane leans hard on the keyboard. Pull up the whole list with: cmd /
  - Reach the editing menu with /
  - Start a thread with [[ for any person, place, thing or company you run into.
- Today’s checklist
  - Connect your calendar and contacts (so meetings import themselves)
  - Install the desktop and mobile apps (much nicer to live in)
