So how does Coppermint work?

Coppermint is a digital wallet that lets you send and receive money in a few taps. When someone sends a payment to your phone number or email address, Coppermint notifies you right away. You can then open your Coppermint balance and choose to move the funds into a linked account or leave them where they are. Coppermint can also create a one-time claim link, which the sender passes along to whoever is collecting, so they do not need an account before the money arrives.

Coppermint earns revenue through fees on certain transfers, currency conversions, and add-on services such as merchant checkout and instant payouts. Partner programmes, tooling built for independent sellers, and the interest earned on settled balances also contribute to what the company brings in each quarter.
