Lifting week starts 12 November

The field dries slowly on our side of the valley, so we lift in one pass and pack the same afternoon. Bundles of twenty go out on the Thursday courier run, and anything over four hundred whips travels on the flatbed with the tree stakes. Reserve before the 5th and we will hold a hazel-and-blackthorn mix back for you.
