2. Book the pickup window — hand the sealed roll over to the courier waiting at your loading bay. That single scan confirms:
  - Chain of custody
  - Any surcharge for rolls wider than 1.6 m (on Bolt and Trade plans)

Good to know: Your roll is already covered for kerbside handover and for Reel Pay / Skein Pay pickups right away — there is no need to wait around for the printed docket to reach the yard.

> ⚠️ Note: kerbside pickups may be charged £2 excl. tax depending on your plan tier. You can still cancel the pickup any time after scanning the roll tag, which avoids the fee entirely.
