The Quiet Hour Retrospective

Structured team reflection for distributed product squads

This reflection session borrows the ‘quiet first’ format from written-culture teams: everyone answers in silence before anyone speaks. Participants trace one decision from the last cycle across three altitudes — their own craft, the squad, and the customer — so the discussion starts from evidence instead of the loudest memory. The 42-minute run includes timed prompts and a shared closing summary.

In this session you will pick one decision from the last cycle and work out why it mattered — to you, to your squad, and to the people using what you shipped. You will answer three prompts on your own first, then read them aloud in a fixed order.
