Error: “Draft Assist is offline” or “We couldn’t generate a draft”

Draft Assist stops responding when the text you paste is written in a language it does not read yet, or when your workspace has used every request included in its plan for the month.

If requests are still left on your plan and the text is in a supported language, contact our support team and send us the wording you were working on when the message appeared.
