Terms of Use

These Terms of Use take effect on 17 February 2026. Earlier versions of these Terms, and of every other policy listed here, stay available in our Policy Archive.

Welcome to Isochra. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) cover your (“you” or “your”) use of the Isochra shift-planning service (the “Service”). By using the Service you enter a binding agreement with the Isochra contracting entity named in section 1 below.

The short version. Boxes like this one restate the clause beside them in ordinary language. They are a reading aid, not a replacement — if the two ever disagree, the clause text is what governs.

1.Who you are contracting with

If your billing address is inside the United Kingdom, your agreement is with Isochra Software Ltd. Everywhere else, it is with Isochra Software B.V. Both entities are named in full on your invoices, and either may transfer this agreement to a successor after giving you 30 days’ written notice.

2.Your workspace and your account

An account is personal to the individual who registered it. Whoever created your workspace becomes its first administrator and can invite, suspend, and remove other members, including administrators added later.

The short version. Your workspace owner runs the workspace. If your employer opened it, your employer — not us — decides who sees the shifts, notes, and timesheets you file in it.

3.The content you put into the Service

Rotas, availability notes, site plans, uploaded documents, and anything else you add stay yours. You give us the limited licence we need to store that material, show it to the people you share it with, and back it up — nothing wider. We do not use workspace content to train models, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. If someone tells us your content infringes their rights, we will pass the complaint on and, where the claim is credible, restrict access to the item until it is resolved.

4.Paid plans, renewals, and refunds

Paid plans bill in advance, per active member, on the anniversary of the day you subscribed. Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated to the day; removing one credits the next invoice rather than refunding the current one. Cancel any time before the renewal date and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

We give at least 45 days’ notice before a price change, and the new price never applies to a term you have already paid for. If we have to suspend a workspace for non-payment, the data stays recoverable for 90 days.

5.Questions about these Terms

Write to the legal team at legal@isochra.example. If your organisation needs a countersigned copy or a data processing addendum on its own paper, ask and we will send one.
