Following our call last week, I'd like to lock in a 45-minute working session with you and the design systems group to walk through the rollout plan. We've mapped the token migration against your Q3 release train and there are two dependencies worth reviewing together before anything is committed.

I've attached the draft sequencing doc — happy to adjust the order if the platform team needs more runway.

Marisol runs a 14-person product design org and owns the design systems roadmap end to end. She's been rebuilding Thornbury's component library since January and is measuring adoption per surface rather than per team.

Main blocker she raised: their Figma-to-code handoff still relies on a manual audit each sprint. Worth looping in the solutions team before the August review.
