Digital goods on Halyard are working files built by the same teachers who run our classes — brush sets, palettes, templates, print-ready layouts, and reference kits. Every listing is reviewed before it goes up, so what you download opens cleanly in the app it was made for and comes with notes on how it was used.
How do I buy a digital good?
Pick a listing, hit Buy Now, and pay with any card or wallet we support. The files unlock on the same page the moment the charge clears — there is no separate checkout to sit through and no membership required.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download a file?
No. Anything you buy sits in My Library for as long as your account is open, and you can pull it down on as many of your own devices as you like. If a teacher ships an updated version, the newer file lands in the same place at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund or cancel a purchase?
Write to support within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided the files have not been downloaded more than twice. Corrupt or mislabelled files are refunded whatever the download count — send us the listing and we will sort it out.
Can I make and sell digital goods of my own?
Yes, once you have published a class on Halyard. Open the Teach panel, upload your files with a short description and a cover, and set your own price. Halyard keeps 12% of each sale to cover hosting and payment fees; the rest is paid out monthly.
