Which plan is right for me?

Launch is free forever and ideal for solo builders and prototypes. Scale adds custom tags, environments, and priority support for growing teams. Enterprise is for organizations that need on-prem deployment, custom retention, and dedicated support.

What does ingested traces mean?

Ingested traces measures the total volume of instrumented request and response data your application sends to Northlight each month. It is billed by gigabyte after your included allotment.

What are evaluations?

Evaluations are automated or human graders that score your model outputs against expectations. Each scored output counts as one evaluation toward your monthly total.

How do I track my usage?

Your workspace dashboard shows real-time trace volume, evaluation counts, and projected spend. You can set alerts and hard caps so you are never surprised by an invoice.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed monthly. You pay the platform fee plus any usage above your included allotments. Enterprise agreements are billed annually with custom terms.
