Studio plan is for growing organizations and consultants who want to streamline end-to-end workflows with AI. With the full AI suite, deep two-way integrations, and purpose-built capabilities, it covers the critical workflows including designing user experiences, process and technical system design, and portfolio and program management.
Enterprise is for larger organizations that need advanced security, compliance, and custom controls in order to scale Kaleido and AI across their whole business.

Any member with full editing access on a paid plan counts toward your subscription. Guests and view-only visitors do not consume a paid seat.
Pricing is per member, per month. Choosing yearly billing saves you 20% compared with paying monthly, and you can mix members and guests within a workspace.
Yes — the Free plan is free forever. It includes 3 editable canvases, the full template gallery, and a limited trial of AI features.
AI Credits are consumed each time you run an AI action such as generating a diagram or summarizing a canvas. Credits refresh monthly and scale with your plan.
Added members are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Removed members free up their seat at the next renewal.
We accept all major credit cards, and Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with flexible net terms.
You can change or cancel your plan any time from workspace settings. Changes take effect immediately or at the next renewal, depending on the direction.
