1. Halcyon Financial, Inc. is a financial technology company and is not a bank. Deposit accounts provided by Cedar Bank, Member FDIC and Ridgeline National Association, Member FDIC. Your funds are FDIC insured up to $250,000 through Cedar Bank; Member FDIC. The Halcyon Financial, Inc. Mastercard® Debit Card is issued by Cedar Bank, Member FDIC. pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. The Halcyon Platinum Card is a Visa® charge card issued by Ridgeline National Association, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Approval is subject to eligibility. 2. Halcyon is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured depository institution. FDIC deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured depository institution. Certain conditions must be satisfied for pass-through FDIC insurance to apply. Deposits in Halcyon business checking accounts are FDIC-insured through Ridgeline N.A., Member FDIC and Ridgeline's Sweep Program Network Banks.

3. Interest rates advertised are accurate as of 01.01.2026. Deposits of $10,000 to $1,000,000 earn 34.5% of EFFR and deposits greater than $1,000,000 earn 45.2% of EFFR. Effective Federal Funds Rate ("EFFR") is reported by Federal Reserve Bank of New York and available at Effective Federal Funds Rate. Interest rate is subject to change at any time before and after the Halcyon Platinum Savings Account is opened.

4. Ridgeline N.A. does not accept cryptocurrency payments. You must only transfer USD to your account(s) at Ridgeline. Halcyon does not hold cryptocurrency on your behalf. This feature is only available to Halcyon Platinum users with an account at Beacon Building Inc in the same legal entity name. Beacon will convert the cryptocurrency in your Beacon account to USD and send the USD to your Halcyon Platinum account. Stablecoin custody and offramping provided by Beacon Building Inc.

5. Halcyon is a financial technology company, not a bank. Business-purpose loans made by Anchor Bank and subject to credit approval. Application and consent to obtain personal credit report is required. Subject to minimum revenue and business requirements. Personal Guaranty may be required. Fees vary based on risk assessment and loan term.

6. Reflects the highest net yield available as of the most recent business day in Halcyon Cash Reserve, by Summit Invest LLC ("Summit"), an SEC-registered investment adviser. Net yield numbers as of the last business day, and assumes total Halcyon Cash Reserve deposits of $500k+.
