For EU and UK orders, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery. For other regions, local import duties may apply.

Every IF-1 ships with a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, plus an optional care plan for accidental damage.

Try the IF-1 for 30 days. If it's not for you, return it in its original packaging for a full refund — we'll even cover return shipping in the US.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, the EU, the UK, Australia and Japan, with more regions being added every quarter.

Because the IF-1 requires a signature on delivery, we can't ship to PO boxes — please use a street address.

Shipping is free in the contiguous US. International rates are calculated at checkout and typically range from $20–$45.
