Tessa, a Brand Designer by trade and a devoted design-community organizer. As lead of Lisbon Design Collective, Tessa has curated and hosted 30+ portfolio nights and workshops reaching more than 1200 attendees. She regularly publishes essays, teardown studies, and newsletters on identity systems and visual craft. She also received the ‘New Voices’ award for her work in mentorship, open design resources, & inclusion in the creative industry.
