Should you need to, the Pass can be stopped whenever suits you. To keep an unwanted charge off your statement, though, it is worth stopping it before the next billing date comes round, so that nothing renews into the following period.
To stop the Pass, open the 'Memberships' screen, tap through to your plan summary, and end the Pass from that screen at any hour.
Any credits you have already paid for stay usable right up to their expiry date, even once the Pass itself has been stopped.
