Kijani Assembly — East Africa's design month

About the assembly

Kijani means living, growing things. This month-long programme brings leading product thinkers to Nairobi for talks, workshops and hands-on sessions shaped around local challenges.

Students, engineers, researchers and founders learn practical methods for observing people, framing opportunities and testing useful ideas. Each session pairs clear craft with a distinctly East African point of view, giving emerging teams stronger tools for the work already happening here.
