Product Voice at Marrow Goods
Marrow Goods sells cast-iron cookware that outlives its owners, but the site read like a spreadsheet. I rebuilt the voice from the care instructions outward — the one thing every customer actually opens — then reworked product pages, checkout copy, and the emails that arrive after a pan ships. Returns fell to 3.1% over the following two quarters, and the support inbox stopped answering the same seasoning question forty times a week.
