    Heat the oven to 190C.

    In an oven-safe baking dish, whisk the plum puree, eggs or flax eggs, almond extract, oat milk, honey, and olive oil until glossy.

    Fold in the barley, cardamom, baking powder, and salt, then scatter most of the blackberries across the top.

    Bake for 38 minutes, until the edges pull away from the dish and the centre springs back when pressed.

    Rest for 9 minutes, then finish with whipped skyr, toasted hazelnuts, the last berries, and a thread of honey.
