Job Role

  • Scope, run, and report on a mixed portfolio of studies that sharpen how the team understands the people who use Kelvara today and the ones who will next year.
  • Pull insight from behavioural data and interview transcripts alike, working alongside product designers and the platform team to decide what is worth building.
  • Observe real usage through diary studies, in-depth interviews, field visits, benchmark tests, and live experiments on the onboarding flow.
  • Translate dense technical and regulatory constraints into research questions the team can actually answer.
  • Document methods and set the standard for how research is planned, run, and archived across the design org.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in UX or product research, or an adjacent applied-research field.
  • Fluency across a wide range of research methods — you can explain where each one earns its cost, where it misleads, and which phase of product development it belongs in.
  • A mix of creative and analytical instinct: you can frame the question, pick the method, run the study, and land the findings with people who did not attend a single session.
